Combi boilers are the most popular type as they are compact and designed for small to medium homes without having the need of a cylinder or tank. Instant hot water heating water directly from mains when the tap is turned on.

REGULARBOILERS

Standard/Conventional/Traditional boilers are more suited to homes with multiple bathrooms. Heating the home and giving the hot water. These have water tanks and hot water cylinder giving a greater flow rate.

SYSTem
BOILERS

Similar to Conventional boilers without any water tanks using a hot water cylinder and with a built in pump. More practical for delivering both hot water and heating larger homes.

When we complete an installation we ensure it's done right, if your boiler is not installed to manufacturers specifications and correctly flushed this can lead to problems further down the line. Incorrectly installed heating systems can even void any warranty, we want our customers for life so from the start we strive to ensure everything is done right.

Step 1

Onsite Survey
We will meet you in your home and assess the current installation requirements, what is the most efficient boiler, where the utilities are, points of access and design and plan accordingly. We will check PH levels of water in your system to identify what type of system cleanse will be required and what will happen when we install your boiler.  

Step 2

Your Quote 
We will give you our quotation with our recommendations with specifics as discussed on our survey and plan in a suitable date.

Step 3

​Installing Your New Boiler

On the day we will attend within the agreed time and complete the installation as planned. Our Engineers work efficiently, safely and follow reagulations ensuring minimum disruption to you and your home. We will carry out all work as arranged taking care of your home and environment. We take great pride in our work and aim to have our customers for life, your satisfaction is of great importance.  

Step 4

​Aftercare & Warranty 

Now you have your new boiler, it's time to kick back and relax in your warm home. We will service your boiler annually to make sure everything is operating as it should be. This is a mandatory requirement set by manufacturers to honor your warranty.

  • Register accordingly - Gas Safe/Manufacturer/Building Compliance/Local Authorities  

  • Remove existing Boiler and Waste  

  • Install Heating System Filter  

  • Install Water Scale Reducer   

  • Explain and Demonstrate Boiler/Heating Controls/Other Products Installed  

  • Heating System Flushed with Suitable Heating Cleaner  

  • Add Inhibitor to Prevent Corrosion Prolonging Lifespan of Boiler and Heating System  

  • Check PH Level of Heating System Water is Satisfactory   

  • Condensate Pipework Correctly Terminated  

  • Heating Controls Set and Programmed as required
